Tactics for law enforcement and human survival
If that tactic is good for the military and intel agencies as well as cartels, well, adapt or die/fail/be less effective. The most dangerous failure is the one you can't see. It builds up like cholesterol until one day you're dead or crippled etc. To survive and be healthy means that not taking the chance to improve when even politicians/press pats you on the back is vital. If the enemy is alive always assume they're currently about to outdo the last defense you set up. Otherwise history repeats itself like a for-while programming loop. Life IS like the Internet or is mirrored in more obvious ways than you'd think. Cyberwarfare is an accelerated and less obscificated reflection of what all enemies are capable of, when bacteria are capable of planning 3 steps ahead in colonies. Stupidity/ignorance is just a wiring of the brain like bad or good habits, and it's a skill in love and warfare. Don't get suckered. Form obvious networks and not so obvious networks with civilians, boy scouts, civil air patrol, fire fighters, police, doctors, teachers, students, corporations etc. What's more effective and intimidating than a people united at all levels, rather than people who butt heads more within a densely populated country and in their hearts and minds are more scattered and confused than the bible claims Israel is. Perhaps it's right and we're Israel so we need to unite and start living and surviving and kicking ass when we're forced to.
