Happens with actions or habits or addictions or punishment/torture.
Old habits hard to break mean neural connections don't change overnight. Especially if an entire region of the brain is now devoted to that function. Where there's a will, there's a way.
Nanotechnology and EMF/genetic/vitamin therapy and something that resets certain parts of neurons. Use MRI and reset certain parts and leave others untouched. Can break drug, sex. Pedophilic addiction etc. Can even cure phobias, panic disorder, any mental illness. Stimulate growth and prune or reset/amputate bad parts. The MRI used in conjunction with another instrument or tweak or modify it to be both passive and interact rather simply scan.
