Body armor for cops/military

Flak vest/body armor

Studs in diamond shape. Nano shears or "teeth." not spread tension but focus into breaking point for bullet. Like inverted church paper puppet. Goes in and opens on other side opposite of bullet. Cuts it and directs inertia to carbon nanotubes or plasma (not cutter but powered off sweat of police.) Composite ceramics? Carbon nanotubes, not for bikers. Tuning fork return shattering vibration? Flapping 747 wing type of structure. Even when hit again...stops bullets from machine gun. Germany is pulling a fast one? Why all the Germans? Off subject oops. Magnetism and charge then repel bullet. Reactive too? Depends on environment. Metal that crystalizes/adds to armor. Super stretch/quick. Senses bullet firing/directional to amp up that area. Fast like camera that photographs a bullet cutting ace card in half through skinny thickness part.

Saw action strings of carbon nanotubes that make cutting motion like scissors when struck. Tension is transferred as cutting action. Solid wall of nanotubes behind. Angles can be used on studs that are diamond or gem shaped with 4 sides. Triple layer leaves no mark on cop. Quad even. Let's bullet through several layers and dissipates while reducing size and mass or impact in pounds per square inch.

Have something crystalize with impact and turn diamond cutting hard. When impact is gone or effects, then it's flexible like cloth again.

Capitence charge for plasma, temp plasma cutter that won't hurt flesh. Recharged by bullet impact. Carbon nanotubes cut in way described for fragments that get through.

Loose fitting "chain mail type structure" like bucky ball type strength that becomes rigid on impact - creates solid armor like iron man comic.

This is very rudimentary and needs work. Not myself lately. Guess why.
