I remember that even before I worked at Hill AFB, if I remember correctly, per the time,, some rednecks were threatening me in Walmart. Some Latinos stepped in because they called me racial slurs for being Latino. I don't know why the hicks wanted to beat on me other than I'm Latino and maybe for commenting online about rednecks in Utah and the racism here. Or maybe that photo I took in Heber City of a racist trinket. It's an ornament showing a black person eating watermelon with the word pikaneenie but with the correct spelling. Yup, this was on display at the gift shop at the Heber City railroad. I also read southern poverty law center. I grew up with nazis in my hometown of Oroville and was the target of other racists.Basically this started since I was a little child. My parents were even threatened before.

ceramic beads in vests? some particles that would quickly break up and divert a bullet or knife.

gas that turns gunmen holding hostages catatonic and does it quickly or doesn't register with them and before they know it they're stuck in place.

something that's the size of pepper spray but blinds like a flashing or directs a concussion at an attacker

knockout spray that works sorta like chloroform

for would be suicide a "happy" dart or spray that instantly makes them happy and non combative

a literal happy pill for inmates and parolees to keep them out of trouble

iron man type suits for swat

exoskeletons for some cops to help with arresting and chasing down

water bullets that retain form until impact. works sorta on principle of bubbles. use some kind of oil or nanotubes. non lethal - use magnetism

a radio gun that heats up a weapon in hand through walls so it's dropped

drive them out with swarm of fleas if they hole up somewhere

plasma trap - traps and stops bullets

shock trap - latches on - can be shot or thrown. stun guns them if they struggle. how to attach? like gaucho balls on rope even?
